What is a hands-on session like?

A session will typically last about one hour, yet can extend longer. The person, remains fully and comfortably clothed, lays on their back on a treatment table. Using a light and attentive touch, the practitioner will assess and treat with hands often remaining still for awhile. Treatment includes CranioSacral and Dynamic Manual Interface techniques.

Why is a such a light touch used?

A light touch allows for a neutral approach and gentle co-regulation. A present, educated, and attentive touch can assist in releasing and unwinding painful patterns, supporting deep shifts on many different levels.

How many sessions?

With new clients it is recommended to schedule at least three sessions to be completed within one month. We are moving beyond the paradigm of "healer fixes client"; instead we work together to listen and allow for the natural arc of a healing process to unfold.

The container of multiple sessions within a designated time period provides deeper and longer lasting results for the nervous system.

One session is better than none, and yet, nervous system repatterning happens best with consistency. Each session builds upon one another, often exponentially. This allows for the natural unfolding, retraining, remembrance, and re-emergence of embodied wholeness and health.
